Once the retreat is confirmed and guaranteed, all reservations become final and nonrefundable. Cancellations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. For this reason, all participants are required to carry travel, medical, and trip cancellation insurance to safeguard against unexpected events or changes in travel plans.
