CANCELLATION POLICY

• What is your cancellation policy?

Once the retreat is confirmed and guaranteed, all reservations become final and nonrefundable. Cancellations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. For this reason, all participants are required to carry travel, medical, and trip cancellation insurance to safeguard against unexpected events or changes in travel plans. Insurance must be purchased after your payment is processed. Please review our full cancellation terms prior to booking.

• Do you offer refunds or credits?

Your payment method will not be charged until the retreat reaches the minimum number of guests required to proceed. Once the retreat is guaranteed and payment is processed, all sales are final, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Travel and cancellation insurance is required to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

• What if I need to leave the retreat early?

If you need to depart the retreat prior to its conclusion for any reason, the remaining portion of the experience is nonrefundable and cannot be credited. We strongly recommend trip interruption coverage as part of your travel insurance.
