Angela founded Crafted Roads with the vision of connecting people through craftsmanship, creativity, and meaningful travel. She develops retreat concepts, partners with artists, chefs, makers, and local experts, curates destinations, and leads the company’s marketing and creative direction. With more than 27 years in the creative industry and a lifelong passion for travel, she enjoys creating experiences that inspire connection, curiosity, and creativity.
Erin guides the strategy, operations, systems, and guest experience that bring Crafted Roads retreats to life. From guest communications and booking systems to financial operations, retreat logistics, and behind-the-scenes coordination, she helps ensure that every journey is thoughtfully organized and every guest feels supported from the first inquiry to the final farewell.
Ella researches destinations, discovers exceptional properties, and helps develop the thoughtfully curated itineraries that define each Crafted Roads retreat. She works closely with local partners to create experiences that celebrate craftsmanship, culture, and authentic local connection.
Bret serves as a trusted travel advisor to Crafted Roads, providing guidance on destination planning, supplier relationships, and travel logistics.
